Christy Waldrop Obituary

Byhalia - Christy Waldrop, 34, passed away on Monday, January 5, 2009. She was a member of Hope Baptist Church and a gold medal winner in the Special Olympics. Ms Waldrop is survived by her mother and step-father, Linda and James Lowrance of Byhalia; sister, Shelly Wood of Byhalia; brothers, Paul Waldrop of Victoria and Kenneth Carter of Walls; grandmothers, Mildred Horton of Byhalia and Hazel Waldrop of Horn Lake. She was preceded in death by her father, Russell Waldrop and grandfathers, Leon Horton and Jesse Waldrop. The family will receive friends this evening, Wednesday, January 7, from 5-8 p.m. at Brantley Funeral Home in Olive Branch. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m., Thursday, January 8, at the funeral home with interment to follow in Reeves Cemetery in Middleton, TN. Brantley Funeral Home Olive Branch662-895-2310
