Stanley Porado Obituary

STANLEY J. Porado, age 97 of Biloxi, Miss., died Wednesday, September 16, 2009 in Gulfport. Stanley was a native of Stanford and a longtime resident of Bridgeport and Fairfield. He retired from Bullard Machine Co., was a former member of Assumption Catholic Church in Fairfield, CT and was currently attending St. Mary Catholic Church in Wool-market. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Porado and a daughter, Marie Porado. Survivors include his son, Kenneth "Kenny" (Mary Lou) Porado of Woolmarket, his three canine companions, Zoie, Pipi and Cricket. Family prefers donations to St. Mary Catholic Church, 8343 Woolmarket Rd. Biloxi, MS 39532. Mass of Christian Burial, Saturday, September 19, 2009, 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church where friends may visit one hour prior to Mass. Arrangements by Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Howard Ave., Biloxi, MS. View and sign register book at www.bradfordokeefe.com.

Ken & MaryLou,
We are so sorry to hear of Stan's passing.
Please know that the constant Love & affection you both have shown to him over the past years, that he was very thankful & blessed. You both gave to him only what a son & daughter could provide and he will now be another guardian angel to be by your side.
We wish we could be there for you, but we will be there in spirit and with our love & prayers. We Love you both very much.
