Serena COOKE Obituary
Serena was also preceded in death by her grandparents, Velois and Charles Cooke.
She leaves to cherish her blessed memories, her children, Trinidy and Satin Piggott; her mother, Nancy Cooke; her sisters, Gitina Burguss, Markeida and Nikki Cooke and Kayla Jackson; her brothers, Charles "Anthony" Cooke Sr. (Sasha), Demetrius and Deon Smith, Laray Howard and Shawn Lee; her fiancE, Alphonzo Piggott; her great-grandmother, Fannie Kidd; and a host of other loving relatives and many caring friends.
A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 5, 2011, in Whiting's Chapel with the Rev. Ronald A. Ellis officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Gilead Baptist Church Cemetery. Family and friends will assemble at the funeral home by 1:45 p.m. Saturday. Ms. Cooke may be viewed on Friday (tonight) from 5 to 7 p.m. in the funeral home.

Nancy and Children,
We were shocked and saddened to read Serena's obituary this morning. Our heart just ache for each of you. She was such a beautiful young lady who we remember as a beautiful child.
You all have always stuck together in difficult times and we have faith in you that you will embrace and support each other during this difficult time.
