Hilton - On April 5, 2019 surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his father, George Sr.; his wife, Sally; brothers-in-law, Frank and Ralph Williams; sister-in-law, Carol Edelman. Survived by his mother, June Edelman; his wife, Cheryl Edelman; his children, Scott (Michele Phillips), Mike, Mark (Sherri Volpe) & Courtney Edelman; brother, Richard Edelman; sister, Margaret (Dave) Farrell; grandchildren, Erik & Lindsey Edelman; sisters-in-law, Sue (Craig) Corey, Sheila and Lou Williams, & Karen Hermance, Melanie (Greg) Fiorito; several nieces & nephews and many friends.
Family and friends are invited to call on Monday from 3-7 at the THOMAS E. BURGER FUNERAL HOME, 735 East Ave, Hilton. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10 AM at St. Leo the Great Church, Hilton. Interment, Parma Union Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Sally Edelman-Harry Gardner CRF, PO Box 97, Hilton, NY 14468 in his memory.

Sending you My condolences I know it´s late but I just found out George was always very nice to me even when he didn´t have to be as well as Richard and Scott they didn´t treat me like everyone else did they treated me like a person and I appreciate that again so sorry for your loss he was a great person

George was a great man, husband, friend to many, but most of all George was a great mentor. If or when I was ever around George, even when he owned the business, he always made time to talk to you and if you had some kind of problem George would always have the right words to say to help you keep going ! I loved him soooooo much and will always remember his smile and great sense of humor ! Now he's up there drinking with his buddies at my husband mickeys bar ! You will never be forgotten and greatly appreciated for all you did here on earth !
