Orin Floyd Allred, 91, passed away Monday, Oct. 17, 1011 in Deseret, Utah.
Orin was born in Deseret, UT, August 16, 1920, second child of Thomas Butler Allred and Evva LaVern Western Allred. Orin graduated Hinckley High School in May 1939. Married his sweetheart, Jean Alldredge, on January 10, 1943 in San Francisco, California where Orin was stationed in the Navy. Their marriage was solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple on December 15, 1952.
Survived by children: Gloria Jean (Garry) Tolbert; Robert Floyd (Beverly) Allred; brother: Darrell Allred; nine grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by wife: Jean; son: Roger Ladd Allred; sister: Eleanor Bishop. Services: Saturday, Oct. 22, 2011, 11 AM, Deseret-Oasis LDS Ward, Deseret, UT. Viewings: Friday evening, 7-8 PM, at Nickle Mortuary, and Saturday, 9:30-10:40 AM at church prior to services. Burial Deseret Cemetery.

22 October 2011 - To the family of Orin. My name is Ada Allred Evans. Yes my Grandfather is Thomas Butler Allred SR. My Grandmother is Hannah Stoddart Barnery Allred, Granpas' #3 wife. My Dad is Angus Allred. Met your dad and he and I decided that being relatives was great. Always we miss those who leave us, but such is the plan. May you continuee to be blessed.
