To Iris's family,
I pray God's strength and comfort for you. May God carry you during this time, may you feel his presence as never before. I went to school with Iris at Poly - and would always see her at the post office with her big smile. She was a bright, joyous spirit at the post office. Even though it hurts now - grieve in your own way - I will pray God's strength and comfort - only Jesus can comfort, and grant true peace.

Burshauna, my heart goes out to you as I have not experienced the loss of a parent. I am at lost for words, but I do know that God knew best. To Arthur,Sondra, Brushana and the entire Hikl and Cherry family, we are praying with you and for you during this time of transition the word of God is true that to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord and we know that Iris is safe in the precious arms of Jesus. I would have never thought that last Sunday would be the last time i would see or speak to her but I'm glad I did. I'm going to miss her walking in front of me going to her seat or sitting behind me when she had to serve as membership clerk. Iris was a member of the Music and Arts ministry in the praise dance department and in the music workshop as a register. We are honored to do the music for her homegoing celebration.
