I just found out today about the loss of Jaquetta. You burst into our lives and made it spectacular. Missing you. Hoping you are preparing a place of splendor for us, to join, whom are left behind.

I feel really stupid right now.. All this time, I assumed Jaquetta was goiong to be in the same place and I could go back and visit her anytime--i just found this obit today after googling her name 4 times. Jaquetta and I have been friends since 3rd grade and we grew up in the IISD together. Her mom was awsome too. I am going to miss both of them . Please forgive me Jaquetta, just know that I love u and mary - ya'll were like family to me . Love u both !

Jaquetta was an amazing friend. Some of my best memories involve her. Always by your side through good times and bad times. She had one of those personalities that you just could not resist being around. So smart and so funny. One of the best friends I have ever known.

So much to say about Jaquetta. The main thing was, you couldn't have asked for a better friend. Always there for you whenever you needed it.
She was also an AWESOME cook. She was ridiculously smart and very witty. You couldn't meet her without loving her.
It breaks my heart that our group of friends lost touch with her. I hate that we weren't there to pay our respect to our incredible friend! She was missed throughout the years terribly. She will forever be missed now.
Thank you for being you. You were truly loved!

Jaquetta was such a beautiful person and great friend to me. I met her when I was only 16 and immediately was drawn to her, she was so charismatic and kind.
She was always there to listen and always making me laugh. I loved her very much and am so thankful to have known her for the time in which I did.
I am terribly sad to have not seen her more recently as well but believe that she is at peace now and take comfort in that.

I just found out about Jaquetta's death. I have been trying to get in touch with her for years and as a matther of fact reread her signed comments on my Senior yearbook. I am very sad about not being able to be there for her the last couple of years. I last saw her in 2001.
Jaquetta was a gift to me and a so many others. She was blessed with extraordinary talents. Jaquetta was beloved.
