Dear Peiffer Family,
My family is keeping you in our thoughts and prayers. We enjoyed all our family visits, vacations and family weddings as the children were growing up. We always got along well and thought a lot of your family. May you find peace knowing that Brian is with our Heavenly Father.

Dear Aunt Joan, Uncle Jack, Yvonne, Jeff, Steven and families,
I was so saddened and shocked to hear of Brian's passing. I remember many visits to each other's houses while we were kids, people calling Brian (Broody), family weddings and vacations at the beach. Although I didn't see Brian for a few years, those memories will always be special. It's sad I wasn't able to arrange a family reunion with all the cousins like I had hoped for, but your family is close to my heart. May time and God's love help you through this difficult period. Love and prayers, Janet

Mr. and Mrs. Peiffer, I am very sorry for your loss. I knew Brian in high school as we both had a keen interest in music and particularly in the band Kiss. As I think back to those days, I remember Brian as a person who never had anything bad to say about anyone. He was a positive person who always enjoyed a funny story and a laugh. It seems from the posts that I have read, that he continued his life to be a positive influence on a lot of people. Be proud that you raised a wonderful son who left his mark in this world. Some high school friends of Brian's and I toasted his life when we got together last week. God Bless you and find peace that he is in Heaven and he continues to spread his joy.

To Mr. and Mrs. Peiffer and Family,
My thoughts and prayers are with you and with Brian.
Brian was always known as "Peiffer" to me and was always accompanied by his side kick, John, my brother. Growing up right behind them, I was taught the greatest lesson of all, laugh and enjoy! I am truly saddened.

Dear Jack, Joan, Yvonne, Jeff and Steven-
Martha (Schwieterman Grosh) and I were deeply saddened of the news of Brian's passing and offer our sincerest condolences. We hadn't seen Brian in several years and we will eternally regret that we didn't make the time.
Reading through the guest book has brought back some very fond memories of Brian. Everyone who has ridden in a car with him with the audio on has witnessed the flurry of drumming on the steering wheel and cymbals on the dash. I still harken back to how many snow drifts we hit off the side of the road in that old yellow Camaro and Brian never dropped the beat. Driving down on the OSU campus, watching the coeds on High Street, and going to Mole's Records hunting the next up and coming bands are very fond memories. I will never forget one night when he and I walked to Worthington Square to see the movie "The Omen" and we had to walk back through the woods and under the freeway to get back to the Bluffs, we were scared to death.
Brian was a fun-loving, easy going guy that we will all miss. Hope he and my Mom are sharing a cigarette as we speak.
We are thinking of Brian, his family, and hope that faith and warm thoughts can help us cope with this unwelcome news.
John and Martha

To a man with the best circle of friends and family. It's never going to be the same without you. Thank you for your contribution to everyone you have touched with your knowledge of life, sports and music.
P.S. Hats off to the man with the cleanest lawn mower in town. If ever there were a leaf on the driveway it wasn't there for long.

Brian, I am so sorry to learn of your passing. Thank you to Stu Davis/Bob Lawyer etc. for introducing me to you and letting me be part of the gang. I am so blessed to have known you and to be your friend. You are one of the kindest. supportive and generous friends I will ever have. I pray we will see each other again.
Brian I thank you for always including me and loved the cookouts, football parties, meeting in the parking lot at Champps -watching you bring a raccoon in your trunk -dirty thing!! riding in the Fish mobile up to play golf at 6:30 am, the Blue Jackets games, the OSU national championship game, the golf outings, Super bowls, I could go on and on. This is what life is all about getting together with good friends. You introduced me to alot of great people.
I appreciate you letting me stay with you last March when I was in town to get custody of my son. Your kindness and generosity will not be forgotten buddy. It makes me cry to remember you saying "I love you man" after leaving with Jordan.
Even if you went a couple of months without talking to Brian you always picked up where we left off. He loved this time of year - the Super bowl, spring and golf around the corner, fantasy golf. I appreciate you helping me through some tough times (like letting me paint Capital Spring!). I will miss driving down the long driveway to your house for another gathering or just stopping to say hello. You treated all your friends well and have helped all of us along the way. I always looked up to you on how driven you were and how you helped to raise Jodie's kids. I hope Jodie and the boys are okay. Jeremy I know how much you appreciated Brian and I know he helped to shape your life.I know Brian was proud of you because he told me so. Jodie I am so sorry for your loss but I know you know how much Brian loved you.
Brian this is not fair for any of us, you had many more years to live. There were many great times, you made us all laugh , I could go on and on, I just feel so blessed to have been your friend, I pray you are at peace buddy. Brian thank you from the bottom of my heart, I miss you. Love Jimmy

I worked for Brian for over twenty years at Capital Spring. He was my boss but also my friend. He worked hard at his job and wasn't afraid to get his hands dirty with his employees. He had a great sense of humor and was such a nice guy. We'd talk on the phone about music and sports for hours. I will miss him very much and my prayers and thoughts go out to his family and all his friends. It is so sad.

It is so hard to find the words of the sorrow I feel for losing one of my best friends. We spoke usually once or twice a week every week...he was such an inspiration on what a true good hearted person is supposed to be. He was always the first to help everyone he could within his reach...even those unworthy of his friendship. I love you Brian and I miss you so much already. Prayers are with your family.

Brian and I started to work for Chestnut Group at the same time. He was always passionate about Capital Spring and how he could help people improve their status in life. We spoke often about business and personnal issues and he always had a kind word to say about everyone, especially those he considered his friends. He would always help with what ever was needed to succeed. He was a fun person to be around. He will be missed. May he rest in peace, and may his family and friends also find peace.

Brian - one of the most generous people I have ever known! We all have fond memories of get-togethers and cookouts at the house; and, of course, the music! No one could play the drums on a dashboard and steering wheel like Brian. Rest in peace. You will be missed by many.

Brian was fun loving and passionate at the same time, with an easy smile and a warm heart. He was a kindred spirit, and one of the most generous people I've ever met in my life. Our days spent together at the Cubs Outing in Jacksonville stand out above the rest, but the camaraderie that Brian promoted through his golf outings was indicative of his leadership qualities. People followed Brian because he was not afraid to lead. Most of all, however, he was my friend. I will treasure the days we spent together.

I am very fortunate to have worked with and, more importantly, share a friendship with Brian. While we could not get together as often as we would have liked, we were always a phone call away. I will miss these, often animated, conversations as well as my occasional detours to stop off and visit, and sometimes even enjoy a laughter filled round of golf, when my travels took me though Columbus. A more giving host likable person you could not know. I have been blessed during my life to have a group of people I can count as good friends. Rest in God's peace my good friend.

Over the past 15 years we would talk only 3 or 4 times per year and maybe see each other only once per year. It did not matter the conversation flowed and we always, always laughed. Brian will be missed by many and my thoughts and prayers are with his family. He had a quick wit and a passion for always trying to get his point across. He will be sorely missed.

I worked with Brian in the late 80's, then we both went on to careers in different directions. It was less than a year ago that we reconnected, and I'm so glad we did. I played golf with Brian and many of his friends this last year and had a blast. I don't know many people that could tell as many stories and make me laugh as much as Brian could. Thanks for your friendship, Brian. You will truly be missed. Godspeed my friend.
