Diane M. Kennedy, 62, of Dublin, Ohio, formerly of Greensburg, died Saturday, Dec. 16, 2017. She was born Oct. 26, 1955, in Pittsburgh, a daughter of Margaret Ciganik Kennedy, of Greensburg, and the late Edward Kennedy. Diane was a longtime member of St. Brendan's Parish in Hilliard, Ohio. Diane was an active parishioner, serving as both a lector and a wedding coordinator. She had worked as a human resource manager for Pearson Education. Diane was extremely creative and loved to make gifts for her family and friends. She loved the holidays and made delicious treats for everyone to enjoy. Diane was fiercely independent, extraordinarily generous, and kind beyond measure. Diane was a friend to everyone she met and loved to make people smile and laugh. She will be dearly missed by everyone who knew and loved her. In addition to her mother, she is survived by two brothers, Gary Kennedy of North Carolina, and Edward Kennedy of Greensburg; two sisters, Sharon (Robert) Weaver of Greensburg, and Colleen Kennedy of Greensburg; and two nieces, Abby Weaver of Pittsburgh, and Hillary Weaver of Greensburg. A Memorial Mass will be scheduled at St. Brendan's Church, 4475 Dublin Road, Hilliard, OH 43026 at a date yet to be determined.
