Dear Mrs. Estell
Our deepest sympathies go out to you & your family. Dick was a smart, funny & witty man. I am very fortunate to know him. Because of your relationship with my Parents, Millie & Andy Johnson, I was given the opportunity to also be employed by Big Drum Inc. and other subsequent company ownership for 32 years. I enjoyed working under his direction, he was a pleasure to be with & as a young kid he looked out for me & accepted me as a fellow colleague. In just a few short words he would say wisdom that I still remember today.

My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. I have many fond memories of working along side Dick at Charity Newsies. He was my first Corner Captain when I joined. His stories and jokes will be missed at headquarters.
