Dick was a great guy. He and I used to get teased when people confused us; as our last names are "similar". Dick did a great job as a peace officer with the Richmond Unfied School District (Now West Contra Costa Unified) As mentioned, Dick overcame a severe stroke and showed his fighting spirit to move on and enjoy life. My condolences to Dick's family and friends,..RIP Dick
