John Henries Obituary
John was born in Penn Yan, N.Y. on December 3, 1965, the son of Daniel and Alberta (Monroe) Henries, Sr.
He was employed by USA Truck of VanBuren, Ark. as a truck driver.
John is survived by his wife, Tracey; children, Jeremey (Becky) Henries of Penn Yan, and Jonathan (Cecilia) Leek of Hallstahammar, Sweden; grandson, Tucker Henries; sister, Karen (Denis) Gilmartin of Penn Yan; brothers, Daniel (Cindy Clair) Henries, Jr., and Mike Fisher (Vivian) of Galax, Va.; nephews, Craig Henries, Joshua (Katie) Gilmartin Sr., Justin (Margaret) Gilmartin, Jordan (Shari Lord) Gilmartin, Billy Hartman and Tyler Mccloy; nieces, Taleena Giffen and Alicia (Ciff Falker) Hartman; brother-in-law, Tony (Christina) Mccloy of W.V.; and mother-in-law, Tanya Bolen of W.V. John is also survived by his loving dog, Tandem.
John was predeceased by his parents; infant son, Matthew John Baker Henries; and his infant sister, Shari Lee Henries.
Friends and relatives are invited to the Weldon Funeral Home, 102 E. Main St. Penn Yan on Wednesday (October 26) from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday (October 27) at St. Michael's Catholic Church, 312 Liberty St., Penn Yan; followed by burial in St. Michael's Cemetery.
Donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
