Beningno C. Reyes

BENINGNO C. REYES "Benny" Benny passed away on Sunday, December 17, 2006, at Dominican Hospital. He was 63. A native of Brawley, California, Mr. Reyes has lived in Monterey County for 28 years. He enjoyed target shooting, riding three wheelers with family, reading, and going on long walks. Mr. Reyes is survived by Maria Isabel Reyes of Watsonville, his wife of 38 years; daughters, Barbara Io and her husband Rodney, and Elizabeth Reyes and her husband, Pedro Gutierrez, both of Watsonville; brothers, Johnny Reyes of Firebaugh, Lauro Reyes of San Bernardino, Herman Reyes, Manuel Reyes, Francisco Reyes and Carlos Reyes, all of Fresno; sister, Frances Silva of Escondido; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Mehl's Colonial Chapel in Watsonville on Wednesday, December 27, 2006, from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m., with Recitation of the Rosary and a Chapel Blessing in the Chapel at 6:00 p.m. Burial will be at San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery, 32053 W.
