Jim Martin was a fellow stamp collector who was a good and kind man, generous to a fault. I will miss him. My sincerest condolences to his family.

I have known Jim Martin since 1974 when I was involved in the sale of Eastgate from the original ownership to an investment group. We became better friends in the 1980s when we were both prolific developers of retail project.
Jim Martin was always a gracious and reserved gentleman in a cutthroat and highly competitive business replete with risks.
I am fortunate and pleased to have known him all these years and send sincerest wishes and sympathies to Jane and the entire family.
