Betty, I am so sorry for your loss. Joe was such a nice man. The years certainly have flown, doesn't seem that long ago when you two were going off to Vegas, having fun! I'm thinking of you.... Thea

Rest in peace Joe. You were indeed one of Torrington's finest.

To Chris, Joey, Lori and Mom,

Please accept my condolences. I take with me great memories of the old neighborhood, Cape Cod and of course, his world class officiating in basketball and softball. Take the memories with you and know that he sits on your shoulder each and every day.

Take Care,

Colt

If you knew him you loved him because he was that kind of man. Duckpin bowling with him and then he mentored me as an umpire. Always a good word for you and a positive guy. My condolences to his family as his passing is a huge loss.

Mr. Consolini was our favorite umpire at Lewis Mills!! He used to give me gum every game and loved to talk to me when I was the catcher. Most recently he asked for me at the Harwinton Fair where we would chat every year. Sending thoughts and prayers.
