dear family, i'm so sad to hear about brian. i met brian at a golf tournament in sequim years ago, and immediately liked him :) i happen to buy his team that year and we won, so for the rest of the evening we celebrated. brian is probably one of the funnest young men that i've been privileged to meet.i will never forget his colorful gold outfits, that always put a smile on my face. thank goodness for love and memories, so we will remember him forever. brian will be truly missed. much love, denise fjortoft

Allen, Peggy, Matt, Scott & the many family... My heart breaks with each of you. Brian was the life of every party. He started out loving life...and never stopped. Your raised a wonderful person... a son, grandson, father, uncle, cousin, friend. He is with the Lord now & yes, one of His Angels. This is such a difficult journey please take comfort in the Lord. He will sustain you and help you to heal & find joy again one day. Just take one moment at a time. A "Carlson Story": My first meeting with Brian..He was about 3 we were up at the Bremerton Cabin..Bob, Roxanne, Brian & I were canoeing & trying to catch some fish. Brian was looking over the side into the water and was so excited to spot fish in the water...next thing we knew we were picking him up by his ankles. He wasn't scared... Head dripping with water: His famous words with such excitement "Little fishies swimming 'round my head! Little fishies!! Thank you Brian! A zest for life will bring a smile to our face when we think of Brian. He lite up the room, and now he lights up Heaven.
All my love, hugs & prayers to each of you. Anne
