1930-2017
Avis M. Lee of Houston, Texas, passed away on November 19, 2017. She was a dedicated employee of the VA Hospital for over 30 years and was a member of the Sugar Grove Church of Christ.
She was the beloved wife of Jim H. Lee, founder of the Texas Hainan Association. They met and married at the Central Church of Christ.
A visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m., followed by a funeral service at 12:00 noon on Thursday, November 30, 2017 at Joseph J. Earthman Generations, 234 Westcott Street in Houston, Texas.
Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery, 1101 Antoine Drive, in Houston.
