Dan Bruce Obituary

Funeral service for DAN H. BRUCE, 61, of The Woodlands will be at 10:00 AM, Monday, February 18, 2002 at First Baptist Church of The Woodlands, 11801 Grogans Mill Road, The Woodlands, Texas 77381 with Dr. Pete Freeman officiating. Interment will follow at Klein Memorial Park on F.M. 2920, under the direction of Metcalf Funeral Directors. Mr. Bruce was born on February 9, 1941 in Sandy, Texas and passed away on February 14, 2002 in The Woodlands, Texas. He is survived by his loving wife, Margaret Bruce; daughter, Jodee Bruce of The Woodlands, sons, Gregg Bruce of Spring and Jason Bruce of Spring; sisters, Maydell Pustka and husband, Joseph of Conroe, Margaret Burmaster of Galveston and Ora Currier of Conroe; brothers, J.D. Bruce and wife, Lela of Pasadena, Jimmy Bruce and wife, Sharon of Conroe, Johnny Bruce and wife, Jean of Oak Ridge and Bobby Bruce and wife, Jeannie of Conroe; grandchildren, Jordan Bruce, Weston Bruce, Caleb Knox-Bruce and Hayden Bruce. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather who was devoted to his family. He was a member of First Baptist Church of The Woodlands.
