Sherry Horowitz Obituary

Sherry G. Horowitz, 64 of Cypress, TX passed away at her home on Wednesday, November 13, 2013.
Born May 26, 1949 in Bronx, NY, Sherry was the daughter of the late Morris and Lillian Wicher.
She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Jay Horowitz; two daughters, Jennifer Hallin and Amanda Horowitz; and one grandson, Spencer Hallin.
Sherry had a zest for life. She loved to travel and took numerous trips with her husband, daughters and friends. Sherry was someone you could count on; she was always there for her family and friends. She had a laugh that was contagious and a voice that was soothing. Sherry was the backbone of her family. Sherry was a loving and devoted wife, mother, Gaga and friend. Words cannot express how much she will be missed.
Memorial Services were held on Friday, November 15, 2013 at Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Dr., Houston. A reception immediately followed at Jay and Sherry Horowitz's home. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make donations to the Lymphedema Center, 20320 NW Freeway Ste 600, Houston, TX 77065.
