Travis Turner Obituary
1986-2018
Travis Burrows Turner died unexpectedly due to heart complications at St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital on Thursday, January 4, 2018, in Houston, TX at the age of 31.
Travis is survived by his parents, George and Patti Turner of Sugar Land, TX; brother, George (Sasha) and nephews, Lincoln, Harrison and Truman Turner of Missouri City, TX; brother, Grant Turner of Sugar Land, TX; cousin, John Abel of Beeville, TX; aunt, Monna Rector of Houston, TX; cousins, Andrew and Mark Rector of Austin, TX; aunt and uncle, Day and Carroll Lohse of Beeville, TX; uncle, Les Turner of Ocala, FL; aunt, Irene Turner of Ocala, FL; great aunt and uncle, Ann and Morris Winkle of Round Rock, TX; cousins, Stacey (Greg) Mattison and daughters, Pipper and Payton of Katy, TX; and cousin, Andrea Conopachi of Baca Raton, FL.
Travis was born on March 2, 1986, in Houston, Texas; he graduated from Kempner High School in 2004. Travis was a kind soul with a gentle nature, and his family and friends were the center of his life. His loyalty to them was unwavering and unconditional.
A funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. on Monday, January 8 at Sugar Land First United Methodist Church, 431 Eldridge Road. Burial will be at Glenwood Cemetery in Beeville, TX. Relatives and friends are welcome to attend a Visitation 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, January 7 at Sugar Land Mortuary, 1818 Eldridge Road.
In lieu of flowers, the Family asks that donations in his name be made to the gofundme.com/travisturnermemorialfund.

Dear Turner family, I never got to meet Travis but my mom has told me great things about him within the last 12 years that she has gotten to know your family. His memory will carry on forever, I know he has a special place in her heart that will last forever. I will continue to pray for your family
