RUFINA VALENZUELA
July 25, 1945- June 11, 2005
Rufina Valenzuela, 59, of El Centro passed away June 11 of natural causes.
Rufina was born in Tuxtla, Nayarit, Mexico on July 25, 1945.
Visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday, June 16, from 6 to 9 p.m. at Hems Brothers Chapel in El Centro. Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. A mass will be celebrated to honor Rufina's life at 10 a.m. on Friday, June 17, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Calexico. Father Ed Horning will officiate. Burial will be private at Evergreen Cemetery.
Rufina is survived by her children, Ricardo Valenzuela, Sergio Palomares, Claudia Blevins and Angelina Truijillo; her brothers, Fausto, Victor and Marco Lizarde; and her sisters, Candelaria Moreno, Magdalena Amesouca, Maria de la Luz Lizarde, Gabriela herrera and Candida Tello.
