My condolences to the Hsu Family. I met Mr. Hsu very briefly at IVC. He was such a sweet and charming man. I had the privilege to work with Mr. Michael Hsu at DOHS and he inherit that sweet charm of his father. May Mr. Hsu Sr. rest in peace and may his family find comfort in all the cherished memories.

I cannot tell you how sorry I was to hear about your dad. I was shocked and saddened by the news. Please extend my sympathy to your mom and the rest of your family. The loss of one’s father marks one of the most profound rites of passage in our life. Your father was one of the nicest people I know and I know that he was a great dad too. You have my deepest sympathy on your loss. I am truly sorry for your loss. I remember the time your dad would spend the whole day with my parents and I searching for a "Fountain" for my parents front yard landscaping and the generosity he would take us to Mexicali for seafood lunch with Manuel. I remember I took your dad and mom and my best friend Steve to Disneyland. "He would tell me Johnny scooped the clam from the bottom to get more clam clowder." I was a bit shy. Johnny, that's the best part of clam clowder at the bottom. Your dad was a wise man, but at the same time, he had a great sense of humor. He will be missed greatly and remembered often.

I will be missing my "DAD" for the rest of my life. I will always keep him in my thoughts. He was extremely dedicated with his careers, hard worker, smart, business minded, wonderful, honest, too funny, strict, loving, caring, out-going, out spoken, friendly, protective, Godly "DAD". I had many loving memories with my "DAD". While I'm still alive on Earth, my tears will never dry up when thinking of you. I will be missing you "DAD". I can't wait to be with you again. I love you "DAD! Goodbye for now.

Oh I am so sad to hear this news. He was the greatest boss I ever had. He was a wonderful person & an amazing man. I often think of him & my experiences at Environmental Health in the early 1980"s. I learned so much from him about business & life. I truly respected him. He also taught me all about Chinese foods, which I have never forgotten. He was a great role model. I will miss him. My sincere condolences to his family.
