Barney C. "Chris" McMillian

Barney C. "Chris" McMillian, 47, of Independence, MO, passed away Sat., March 20, 2004, at Truman Medical Center West. Services will be 1 p.m. Tues., March 23, at Noland Road Baptist Church, Independence. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service time. Burial in Floral Hills East Cemetery. Chris was born on Sep. 1, 1956, to Barney and Doris McMillian in Clinton, MO. He had been a company representative for Inland Truck Parts for many years. He was a member of the Sycamore Hills Baptist Church. Chris was preceded in death by his father in 1987. He is survived by three sons, Barney Brandon McMillian and wife, Kyndal, Ryan Christopher McMillian and Jacob Allen McMillian, all of Independence, MO; his mother, Doris McMillian, also of Independence, MO; two sisters, Judy Wilken of Sedalia, MO, and Debbie Vento of Blue Springs.
