Lisa Shrock Obituary
She was born April 19, 1960, in Goshen, to Harold and Norma Jean (Voight) Weldy. On August 22, 1987 in Emma, she married LaMar L. Shrock; he survives.
Survivors are daughter, Andrea (Courtney) Miller of Shipshewana; son, Austin Shrock of Topeka; father, Harold of Goshen; step mother, Arla of Sarasota, Florida; two brothers, Scott Weldy of Goshen and Todd (Heidi) Weldy of Elkhart; and a sister, Dianna Weldy of Goshen.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Norma Jean Weldy.
She was a server at the Blue Gate Restaurant for 15 years, a job which she treasured. Since her kidney transplant in 2010, she had worked part-time at Yoder's Department Store. She immensely enjoyed babysitting Courtney and Andrea's foster children during the last six months of her life.
Visitation will be from 4- 8 p.m. Monday, and 1 - 5 p.m. and 6- 8 p.m. Tuesday at Emma Mennonite Church, 1900 South 600 West, Topeka.
A service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the church.
Burial will be in Shore Cemetery, Shipshewana.
Memorials may be sent to Department of Child Services-LaGrange.

Our condolences to the Shrock family. We thought the world of Lisa and looked forward to having breakfast at the Blue Gate every Wednesday and having her serve us. She was a very sweet person and became a good friend that will be sorely missed.
