Clifford Jones Obituary
He was born on Oct. 27, 1931 in Hazard. Jones was a retired auto mechanic.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, Steve and Edna Bowling Jones; a brother, Herman Jones; and a sister, Jane Hamilton.
Survivors include: his wife, Betty Jean Boswell Jones of Lebanon; four sons, Billy Jones of Gravel Switch, Danny Jones of Lebanon, Steve Jones of Louisville, and Joe Bert Jones of Gravel Switch; two daughters, Robin Mays of Lebanon and Tracy Cope of Gravel Switch; three brothers, Jerry Jones of Indiana, Bert Jones of Lexington, and Gary Jones of Hazard; a sister, Sandy Wells of Indiana; 18 grandchildren; and 29 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 29 at Bosley Funeral Home, Lebanon. Rev. Junior Fields officiated. The family chose cremation after services.
Bosley Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
