AMELIA C. STAHLHUT, 91, of Fort Wayne, died Monday, July 4, 2004, at her son's residence. Born March 24, 1914, in Fort Wayne, she was a homemaker. She was a member of Suburban Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Ladies Aid at Church and Altar Guild at Church. Survived by son, Harold C. (Carol) Stahlhut of Fort Wayne; daughter, Marilyn S. (Michael) Egts of Fort Wayne; daughter-in-law, Darlene E. Stahlhut of Fort Wayne; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, William F., in 1993; son, Donald C., in June, 2005; sister, Ruth Gerbers; and brother, Elvin Baatz. Service is 11 a.m. Thursday at Suburban Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 6318 W. California Road, with calling one hour prior to service. Calling is also from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the church. Burial at Suburban Lutheran Church Cemetery. Memorials to Suburban Bethlehem Lutheran Building Fund, Visiting Nurse & Hospice or Worship for Shut-in's. Arrangements by Hockemeyer & Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St. Joe Road.
