DE VITA _ Angelo, born September 20, 1928 in Bagnoli, Del Trigno, Italy passed away suddenly at home November 8, 2006. Angelo was predeceased by his parents Enrico and Carlotta and brother-in-law Vittorio. He is survived by his loving family, wife Teresa; daughters Diana (Bill) and Denise (Michael); grandchildren Karoline, Chelsea, Graham, Lienza, Connie, Floriana and Felicia; brother Antonio (Anna); sister Matilde; brothers-in-law Luigi (Lucia) of Italy and Guido (Emilia) and aunt Michelina of U.S.A. Prayers will be offered at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 16, 2006 at St. Helen's Church, 3860 Triumph St., Burnaby where the Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 10:30 a.m. Entombment, South Mausoleum, Ocean View Burial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations to the B.C. Cancer Foundation would be appreciated. Special thanks to the Fraser Health Care Staff. Bell and Burnaby Funeral Chapel in care of arrangements.

To All of You,
We are saddened by Angelo's passing. We enjoyed his company at all times but especially around the dinner table - his home made wine being a special treat! He could make anyone smile & we will all miss him. Memories will keep him in our hearts. Our sincerest condolences to Therese & all the family.

To Angelo's family, it shocked me to learn that Angelo had passed away. I met Angelo at Kensington Ice Arena everyweek and I would comment on what a great nonno he was and the patience he displayed bringing three grand-daughters skating. He shared alot of stories of the old country and he had just had, I believe back surgery during that period. He did however express that his family was everything and loved them so much.

I know exactly what you are going thru as I lost my father suddenly on August 13th, 2006 and my mother in law after a tremendous battle with cancer on August 31, 2006. Be strong and believe they are definetely in a wonderful place that we will one day reunite....my deepest condolences, Diana Amoroso and family
