Bruce Bayer Obituary
Bruce Bayer, born June 12, 1929, in Wyandotte, Michigan to Sylvia and Theodore Bayer, passed away on May 16, 2017. He is survived by his loving wife Barbara, his daughter Debra and life partner Helen, his son Greg and his wife Sloan, children: Christie, Cole, Evan, and Drew; his sister Claudia and brother-in-law Robert Tate of Tucson, AZ as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother Ted. Bruce was a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Madison, the University of Wisconsin Law School as well as Arizona State University where he received his doctorate. His professional career included a thriving private practice, Municipal Court Judge, and a Maricopa County Prosecuting Attorney, all in Arizona. He was a member of the Scottsdale Arizona Lodge #43 F & AM, where he became a Master Mason on October 29, 1959. He enjoyed travel and golfing and he was an avid Wisconsin Badger and Green Bay Packer fan. He served in the armed forces during the Korean War. He will be remembered as a kind, generous, loving man, and we will all miss him dearly. Arrangements were entrusted to Flanner and Buchanan – Carmel.

I'm sorry for the condolences being belated, I had only now just learned of your loss. I am sad to hear of his passing.
From the time I knew him, he was a kind and friendly person and he seemed to know absolutely everybody. An example comes to mind of one time he invited me to lunch, and near the end of our lunch he excused himself from the table for a few minutes and came back with business cards from four other restaurant patrons and he stopped to say "Hi" to several others on the way back to our table. I never forgot that lunch, even though it was over 20 years ago.
Again, my condolences to the whole family.
