Ella "JoAnn" Crosley, 76, of Cookeville, passed away Dec. 8, 2009. Funeral services were held Dec. 10 from the chapel of Crossville Memorial Funeral Home, with Dale Barger officiating. She was laid to rest Dec. 12 in Maplewood Cemetery in Anderson, IN.
Mrs. Crosley was born Aug. 13, 1933, in Anderson, IN, the daughter of Charles William and Greedith Marie Stanley Fletcher.She was a court reporter.
Survivors include her husband, Doyle Eugene Crosley; sons and daughter-in-law, Samuel Eugene Crosley of Virginia Beach, VA, and Jefferey Lynn and Dottie Crosley of Chesterfield, IN; daughters and sons-in-law, Phyllis Jo and William Evans of Cookeville and Karen Sue and Gary Walters of Crossville; grandchildren, Amber Jo Evans of Memphis, William Kirk Evans of Cookeville, Kelly Danielle Nixon and husband Jesse of Muddy Pond and Leslie Ann Clark and husband Greg of Alexandria, IN; and five great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Dale Fletcher; sister, Ruth Minnick; and daughters, Deborah Elsie Huffines and Cheryl Ann Huffines.
Crossville Memorial Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. was in charge of the arrangements.
