KNIGHT, Frank C. Frank Knight Consulting Inc. Project Manager, Cowater International Suddenly on Monday December 13th, 2010 at the age of 69. Frank was the cherished husband of Flora (Fairweather) Knight of RR#1, Perth, loved and respected father of Bruce of London England and Tahrita Knight of California; he will be sadly missed by his cousin Trisha Hopkins of Wales, many friends and colleagues around the world. Frank served the offices of the Auditor-General and Industry Canada for more than 25 years, he and Flora made many trips to developing countries. Frank devoted many years to working both on CIDA and World Bank projects as a consultant in many countries around the world, including Bangladesh, Pakistan, Ethiopia and Malawi, in recent years. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St W., Perth Thursday December 16th 2010 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Funeral service will be held in the chapel Friday at 10:30 A.M. In remembrance, contributions to the Milawi Orphan Appeal, c/o St. James Anglican Church, Perth would be appreciated.

Dear Flora and family. I had the pleasure of working with Frank briefly on a CIDA project in Bangladesh. I was truly sorry to hear of his passing. He spoke fondly of home and family and always had a good story to share. He will be missed both at home and abroad. Please accept our sincere condolences.

I have many fond memories of Frank from the years we worked together at the Office of the AG and the Treasury Board. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
