On 1Nov2024 Dia-Delos-Muertos, I commemorate Jim (as I do every year). He hired me in 1995 when I found myself homeless due to a series of misfortunes. When he hired me, I had no electrician experience or tools, but he took a chance on me. I worked there very happily 5yrs (until I needed to move away to Tampa Bay). He was definitely a blessing to me. -U.K. Wabi

I am, as everyone in our community, sorry to hear of the sad passing of Jim. He was a big man, with a huge heart, a loving family man, a good business man, and a wonderful friend. Jim will be missed by all. My prayers are with the family.

Our deepest sympathy to you all. Our thoughts and prayers are of you daily, wishing you the strength to cope now and for the future.
We treasure the time spent with you all at Brittany's graduation party two months ago. We had a lot of laughs and will never forget that time with Jim.
We love you all,
Paul and Beth Hoines and family

A young man applied for a job at RAO Electric way back in early 1987. When I interviewed this outstanding applicant I knew that it would be a matter of time when he would leave me and go into business for himself and he did, with my blessings, about a year later, turn in his resignation. That young man was Jim. My sincere condolences go out to his family and friends. It is and always will be a memorable pleasure to have to have touched his life.

Mere words are not enough to express our words of sympathy at this time. We have been touched by the expressions of our brothers and sisters who knew Jim well. He touched many lives.
Please know you are in our thoughts and prayers. We pray that Jehovah strengthen you and your children at this most difficult time.
We have drawn comfort over Revalation 21:3,4 ,realizing Jehovah our loving heavenly Father does not want us to experience such grief and pain forever. He also helps ease our pain by giving us one of the most presious gifts we have...our children ... a loving rememberance of our dear loved ones and the joyful day of reuniting once again.
With heartfelt Chrtsian Love,
