Lillian GLOVER

GLOVER _ Lillian Agnes 1919 - 2004 Lillian Agnes Glover of Calgary passed away at the Foothills Hospital on Thursday, February 19, 2004, after a brief battle with cancer, at the age of 84 years. Lillian was born March 19, 1919. She married Harry Glover in 1939, just prior to him serving overseas during World War II. Lillian resided in various cities in the U.S.A. and Canada, retiring to Calgary in 1987. She formed many friendships during her early years while working at the Palliser Hotel. During the last several years Lillian gained many new friends while enjoying their company in the seniors' room at her complex. Lillian is survived by her son George Glover; two grandchildren, Tom (Kelly) Glover and Carolyn Glover, all of Calgary; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Harry; daughter-in-law Barb Glover; and ten siblings. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY'S Fish Creek Chapel (14441 Bannister Road S.E.) on Wednesday, February 25, 2004 at 1:00 p.m. with the Rev.
