Margaret CHAN

Margaret Taylor, born in Ottawa, daughter of the late Christopher and Pretoria (Challis) Taylor, died at West Island Palliative Care Residence and journeyed to be with her Lord on March 9, 2015 in her 87th year. She was predeceased by her husband, Daniel Poy Chan, in 1985. Mother to: Daniel, William (Valerie Muir), Donald (Irene Blair), Christopher (Deborah Milo), Victor, Harry (Carol Millard) and grandmother to Andrea, Andrew, Katie and Marie-Michelle. Sister to Robert (Elaine), and the late: Caroline (Alex Brown), Harry (Loretta), Christopher (June) and aunt of many nieces and nephews. Margaret is remembered for her generosity, decades of attentive care for her beloved, chronically ill husband, and by the many children who were entrusted to her care during her lifetime. Visitation: Thursday, March 12, 2015 from 2 to 5 p.m., and from 7 - 9 p.m. Service will be held 1 p.m., Friday, March 13, 2015 at: Centre Funéraire Côte-des-Neiges, 4525 chemin de la Côte des Neiges, Montréal. Interment will take place immediately after the Service at Mount Royal Cemetery.
