Reba Hill

REBA ANN HILL Reba Ann Hill passed away in June of 2023 in Brownwood, Texas. She was 90 years old. Born in January of 1933 in Plainview, Texas, she met her future husband while attending Texas Tech University in Lubbock and was married in November of 1951. Reba's greatest love was her family. She is survived by her four children, Rhonda, Paul, Scott, and Penny; five grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Paul and her sister Nedra. Prior to retiring at Lake Brownwood, she worked as a legal secretary. She and her husband actively travelled the world visiting Canada, Africa, Australia, Europe, South America, Central America, Mexico, and explored much of the U.S. in their RV. She was active in Rocky Creek Baptist Church and before that, Lake Brownwood Methodist Church, often hosting fish fries at her lakefront home. She was rarely without a book and passed her love of reading to her children and grandchildren. Reba loved waterfalls and birdfeeders and picnics on the lake. She will be remembered by those who know her as a kind person who loved the people around her. She will be greatly missed.
