Veronica (McLean) Dennis

Veronica (McLean) Dennis died peacefully on Saturday, February 24th, 2024 with her bestie by her side. Veronica is survived by her partner, Brad Dubay, daughters Tausha (Keith Sinclair), Tara (Dan Varnum), granddaughter, Riley Foster, siblings Jim (Laura), Rusty (Lori), Sharon (Matt), her best friend, Meggan, many nieces, nephews and friends, and her family at Hospice House, who knew her, and loved her, as Ronnee. Veronica is predeceased by her mother, Susan "Meme"(Murphy) McLean and her father, Russel McLean.

Veronica will be remembered, first and foremost, for her fierce, unrelenting, unconditional love of her daughters, who she devoted her life to. From making crafts with them to shopping, to girls' trips to Cape Cod, Veronica's love and pride was her children and role as mom.

Veronica's life blossomed even more when her beloved granddaughter, Riley, was born, who Veronica doted on every chance she got. Veronica's favorite thing was teaching Riley to cook and bake. Veronica's loved traveling, having ventured to Newfoundland, the Carolinas, Montana, and recently took her dream trip to Florida. Veronica's favorite place was the ocean and she had a special place in her heart for Cape Cod.

Veronica graduated Rumford High School's class of '82, continued her education at UMA, then Springfield College in VT, and then CMMC school of nursing. She devoted her career to patients and their families at The Hospice House.

In lieu of flowers, donations are being accepted at the Androscoggin Home Healthcare, attn: Development Office, 15 Strawberry Avenue Lewiston, ME 04240, in Veronica's memory, for the Hospice House. A celebration of Veronica's life will be held on be Saturday, March 30th at 1:00 at the Rumford Falls Eagles, 129 Rumford Ave, Rumford, Maine.
