Wadad NASRALLAH Obituary
Surrounded by her family, on Friday, March 23, 2012 at the age of 83 years. Beloved wife of the late Elias Nasrallah. Loving mother of Souad and Joseph (Vivianne) and the late Shaheen. Dear grandmother of Michelle. Survived by her brothers Michael (Mary), Kamel (Bahjat), Jean (Houda) and Adel and predeceased by Nasry and George (Josephine). Also survived by many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, 1411 Hunt Club Road (at Albion Road) on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service on Monday at 11 a.m. at St. Elias Antiochian Orthodox Cathedral, 2975 Riverside Dr. (at Ridgewood Ave). Interment Beechwood Cemetery. In memoriam donations to St. Elias Cathedral would be appreciated.

So sorry to hear your dear mother recently died. Though I only knew her briefly during my stay in the hospital in early March, I could sense that she was a very sweet lady and it was obvious that there was a lot of love shared between yourselves and your mother. I've often wondered how she was doing after I left the hospital and thought that when I'm able to drive again, I would go to the store to see you Souad and enquire about your mother. I'm sure you will miss her so very much but please be comforted by knowing that her suffering is over now and she is in a very happy place which God has prepared for her. Memories of her will always be with you to comfort you. To you, your brother and your family my sincere and heartfelt sympathies.
