Funeral: 3:30 p.m. Monday in Mount Olivet Chapel. Burial: Mount Olivet Cemetery. Visitation: 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Mount Olivet Funeral Home.
The Rev. Glenn Hubbard was born June 17, 1936, in Independence County, Ark., to Ted and Ina Hubbard.
He served in the U.S. Army and was stationed in Germany. He moved to Fort Worth in 1959.
He was a Mason and an ordained minister with the Free Will Baptist Association for over 30 years. He had pastored Calvary Free Will Baptist Church in Fort Worth since 1975. He loved flowers and was a member of the Fort Worth Orchid Society.
Glenn will be remembered as a faithful and loving pastor, friend, husband, daddy, papa who loved being with his family.
The family would like to thank everyone for their prayers and support.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother; one sister; one granddaughter; and one great-grandson.
Survivors: Wife of 42 years, Evelyn Hubbard; daughters, Tina Dow, Sheila Mullins, Melinda Hughes and husband, Gary, and Melissa McDowell and husband, Heath; brothers, B.R. Hubbard of Graham and Jessie Hubbard of Arkansas; sisters, Ann Walls and Vickey Fike, both of Arkansas; four grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; one great-grandchild; nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.

glenn and i were friends all of the years we were growing up we hunted and fished together, went to school in a one room school house, and as far as i know, the only two boys called into the minestry from our generation, at mapel springs community ar. glenn was a real good guy.
