Bob and family,
I worked with Rhonda at Partners in Research, we laughed so much I felt like she was the big sister I never had. She would not only mentor me professionally she gave me personal and dating advice- straight out of Cosmo :). We traveled a lot together for work but it never felt like work with her. I remember the day you all found out you were pregnant with Noah, the joy and happiness was overflowing. I am so sorry she was called home so early but her memory to so many of the lives she touched continues.
God bless you all,
Dana (Wright) Kanabroski

Rhonda was instrumental in helping all researchers in the city of Louisville get the training needed to do our jobs, but not necessarily provided by our jobs! She established the Gaining Essentials about Research (GEAR) regional education program. She was always enthusiastic & lit up any room she entered! She certainly made learning research fun! Wish I had gotten to know he better. She leaves behind some amazing people who loved her dearly. My heart goes out to all those she touched, especially her family. God needed another nurse, I presume! Fly high sister!!! ❤

I lit daily candles at church once hearing of Rhonda's diagnosis. I feel it fitting to light one here. After discussing my prayers for a miracle for my friend, my priest and several parishioners lit prayer candles daily as well. My friend Rhonda was called to be a Heavenly angel because God's plan for her being an Earth angel was done. I believe that when you are born, there is a plan and your date of eternal life is already in that plan. We know that there are not enough adjectives to describe Rhonda. She is loved and cherished by so many. My prayers will continue for Bob, Noah, Natalie, her Mom, sister and of course, Ellie, the many family members and friends that are experiencing this loss. May you always fly high with the angels. Send us a sign every now that you are ok and visiting. (I understand if you choose for it not to be a cardinal knowing that you were a true blue fan!) May you RIP and the warmth of God's love.
