I have lost contact over the years, but I am so sorry for your loss. I thought so much of Cynthia. We worked together a few years ago at the Rainbow Center....you girls were still pretty young then. My prayers are with your family.

I lost contact with you through the years. I did not know you were sick. Man's plans are not God's plans. My plan was to come to see you on the 19th of May. God called you home on the 18th. I pray we get to see each other again in Heaven. Know that I will miss you and I pray that God will give your family strength.

We were childhood friends and I will cherish the memories of our good times. May the peace of God which passes all understanding, keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Denise Miller Askew, Colorado Springs, CO

In My Pocket
I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.
My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.
They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.
Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.
But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.
