David Holland Obituary
ANDERSON, S.C.
David Holland, Sr., 60, passed away September 6, 2014 at AnMed Health Medical Center.
He is survived by his wife, Judy Faye Martin Holland; children, Shanika Baskin, Brian Holland, Marcus Holland, Monique Pennygraft, Nick Geer, Valecia Holland, David Holland, Jr., and Kevin Colbert; five grandchildren; two brothers, William H. Clark and Donnie Ray Clark Holland; step-mother, Estella Williams; and sixteen step-siblings.
He was preceded in death by his parents, David and Ellen Sue Holland Clark; brother, Herman Clark Holland; sister, Gladys R. Clark; and one step-sister.
The funeral service will be held 3 p.m. Saturday, September 13, 2014 in the Ollie Robinson Brown Memorial Chapel of Marcus D. Brown Funeral Home. The family is at the home, 1110 Sumac Street. www.marcusdbrownfuneralhome.com

To all of the Holland Family, I really felt the pain of losing some one so close to home, knowing him most of my life on Eastside, work with him, and known him to be a kind and caring person for his community, I know that God knows best, however we all must know that we can live to live again, and that our love ones that are gone is just sleeping, and at the sound of the Trump, When Jesus return, for the ones in Christ will rise first and those that remain will be caught up to meet him. I was blessed to see David a while back. I was amazed how much he still looked like the David I knew during High School.
