Jean M. Brobst

Jean M. Brobst, 88, of Emmaus, passed away Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Twp. Her husband, Arthur R. Brobst, passed away on June 14, 2012. The couple celebrated 63 years of marriage at the time of Arthur's passing. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Henry O. and Grace (Wieand) Musselman. She was an active member of Cedar Crest Bible Fellowship Church, Allentown, where she sang in the choir for more than 50 years and was involved with the Pioneer Girls and Women's Missionary Society. Jean was full of joy and could turn a bad day into sunshine. She was a fervent prayer warrior for all and always had a song in her heart.Survivors: Children, Dean A. Brobst of Foley, AL, Darlene R. Bean of Lawrenceville, GA and Eileen J. Andrews and her husband, Randy, of Slatington; 5 Grandchildren; Sister, Carol Musselman; Sister-In-Law, Lucille Sutton and her husband, Donald, of New Holland, PA; Many Nieces and Nephews. She was predeceased by her Grandchildren, James Skubish and Jenna Lu Brobst.Services: 1 PM Saturday, February 9, 2019 at Cedar Crest Bible Fellowship Church, 1151 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., Allentown, PA 18103. A viewing will be held 11:30 AM-1 PM Saturday in the church. Interment to follow at Cedar Hill Memorial Park, Allentown.
