JoAnne Hill Obituary

JoAnne L. (Miller) Hill, 82, of Bethlehem, passed away on Thursday, January 21, 2021 at Westminster Village. Born in Bethlehem she was the daughter of the late Robert and Anna (Zweifel) Miller. JoAnne was the beloved wife of James G. Hill with whom she shared 61 years of marriage. She worked as a bookkeeper for Abolene Exterminator of Bethlehem and also spent many years working at the Freedom High School Cafeteria. JoAnne also worked at The Easter Seals for over 15 years. She was a member of Emmanuel Evangelical Congregational Church.

Survivors: In addition to her husband James, JoAnne will be lovingly remembered by her sons, James G. Hill, Jr. and wife Carol, Jay B. Hill and wife Tammy and Jack E. Hill and wife Ingrid; brother, LeRoy R. Miller and grandchildren, Krista, Zach and his fiancé MaKayla, Taylor and her fiancé C.J., Brianna, Josh, Chris, Diana and Emma. JoAnne is preceded in death by her brother, Barry C. Miller.

Services: A funeral service will take place at 11:00A.M. on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 in Cantelmi Long Funeral Home, 500 Linden Street, Bethlehem, Pa. Where the family will receive friends and relatives from 10:00A.M. until the time of service. A face mask will be required for entry and social distancing regulations will apply. Interment will follow at Cedar Hill Memorial Park. A memorial tribute may be placed at www.cantelmifuneralhome.com.

Contributions: In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Emmanuel Evangelical Congregational Church, 75 E. Union Blvd, Bethlehem, Pa 18018.
