Vivian Irene Phelan died March 7, 2016 at the age of 81. She was born July 17, 1934 in Kansas.
She was a business owner of the Sun Mountain Gun Club for 25 plus years in Coarsegold, Ca with her now deceased husband JR Phelan.
In her spare time, she enjoyed gambling and traveling the coast of California with her daughter and granddaughter.
She is survived by her two children, five grandchildren, many great grandchildren, loving in laws and a host of longtime friends.
A memorial will be held at 2:00 p.m. on March 26, 2016 at 9100 Woodward Lake Drive, Oakdale, Ca 95361.
