GAIL Sue CHAPMAN DUMMITT Born: February 18, 1959; Morris Died: December 22, 2013; Ashland, KY Mrs. Gail Sue Chapman Dummitt, age 54, of Grassy Creek in Carter, Kentucky, passed away Sunday morning, December 22, 2013, at King 's Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Kentucky. She was born February 18, 1959, in Morris, Illinois, a daughter of the late Harold and Marjorie LeVaree Chapman. Gail was employed by Smithfield in Grayson, Kentucky and attended Kingsway Ministries in Olive Hill, Kentucky. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, David Alan Dummitt, and one brother, David Chapman. Gail is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, Michael Dummitt and Nathan and Rebecca Dummitt, all of Olive Hill, Kentucky; three grandchildren, Sarah Marie Fraley, Kaden Thomas Fraley, and Patryk Adam-Rylee McDowell; one brother and sister-in-law, James and Judy Chapman of Mazon, Illinois; and one sister, Diana Chapman of Phoenix, Arizona. She also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly mourn her passing. A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday, December 29, 2013, at Kingsway Ministries in Olive Hill, Kentucky, with Brother Andy Bond officiating. Oney-Henderson Funeral Home in Olive Hill, Kentucky, is caring for all arrangements for Mrs. Gail Chapman Dummitt. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.globefc.com.
