Alvin D. Coe

Alvin D. Coe, age 83 of Oshkosh, passed away at Park View Health Center on Monday, January 2, 2023. He was born on April 17, 1939 to the late Chester and Myrtle (Whalen) Coe in Berlin, WI. Alvin married Janice Gruse on April 30, 1960 and had five children.
Alvin worked at Schroeder Moving Systems. He loved four wheelers and small engine repair. He enjoyed hunting, playing cribbage, and watching westerns. Alvin had a great sense of humor, he loved babies, and animals.
Alvin is survived by his wife, Janice Coe; children: Linda (Rob) Boegh, Terry (Gladys) Coe, Lisa (Bruce) Bruley and Mark (Tania) Coe; 14 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, five great great grandchildren; siblings: Carolyn Weeks, Dawnn Coe, Bonita (Doug) Lochrem and Jimmy Coe.
In addition to his parents, Alvin was preceded in death by his son, Jon Coe, brother John Coe, daughter-in-law Diane Coe, and special friend Marvin Blanchard.
A memorial service for Alvin will be held at 12:00 PM on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-Westside, 100 Lake Pointe Dr. with Fr. Jerry Pastors officiating. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until the time of the service.
Thank you to the wonderful staff of Park View Health Center, especially Brenda, Tammy, Shannon, Matt, Heidi, Rochelle "Bubbles" and Jim. You all made his time at Park View so much more enjoyable.
