Barbara E. Schell, age 60, of Casper, Wyoming, passed away peacefully May 2, 2023. She was born January 6, 1963, in Brush, Colorado to Billy McGee and Donna (Spillman) Skinner. She was later adopted by stepfather Richard “Corky” Skinner. She attended Brush High School and graduated from Morgan Community College in Fort Morgan, Colorado with an Associate Degree in Secretarial/Accounting. Recently, she worked at Wyoming Machinery. Her greatest enjoyments were sewing, piecing, quilting and acting in 20+ community plays over the years. She enjoyed cooking for others.
