Betty Deal Gregory, a former beautician known for her love of travel, passed away on October 12, 2023. She was born on January 27, 1935, in Nashville, TN and peacefully left this world in Hendersonville, TN. Betty's journey through life was filled with beauty and adventure, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of all who knew her.
Betty's passion for making others feel beautiful extended beyond her career as a beautician. With her skilled hands and warm personality, she had the remarkable ability to bring out the inner beauty in everyone she touched. Her clients left her salon not only looking stunning but feeling confident and uplifted. Betty's dedication to her craft was unrivaled, and she took great pride in transforming people's lives through the power of beauty.
She is preceded in death by her devoted husband Garland Gregory; their daughter Dorothy Gregory Lassiter and son-in-law Tommy Lassiter; and one brother.
Betty leaves behind a loving family who cherishes the memories they created with her. Betty's legacy continues through her beloved grandson Chris Lassiter and Brian (Jaime) Lassiter, along with her great-grandchildren Clayton, Maddie, Celia, and Clara. Her love and warmth will forever guide them on their life's journey.
On October 17, 2023, family and friends will gather to honor and celebrate Betty's remarkable life. The visitation will take place from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Goodlettsville. It will be followed by a heartfelt Celebration of Life ceremony starting at 12:00 PM at the same location. During these services, memories of Betty's vibrant spirit and profound impact on those around her will be shared.
