I am so very sorry for your loss. My daughter and I live in the same apartment complex as Charles and he was a very sweet man. He would always bring his cats out on the balcony to say hello to my daughter when she arrived home from school, he always had a wave and a smile for us when we saw him outside or around the building. We were so saddened when we heard of his passing. He will be greatly missed. We are keeping your family in our thoughts and prayers at this time.
