July 1966 - October 2009
Christopher Lee Killian, a resident of Plant City, Fla., after a courageous battle with a Pituitary Carcinoma, passed away peacefully at his home in Plant City, Fla. Chris was born in Falls Church and raised in Woodbridge, Virginia and graduated from high school in Bethesda, Maryland. He was an accomplished Automotive Technician, an ASE certified Master Automotive Technician in eight areas of demonstrated competence, a Ford Senior Master Technician for Engine, Drive train and Chassis. Chris was the director of Plant City Church of God's car care ministry which provides free, basic preventative maintenance to PCCoG members who are: widows, single mothers with dependant children, ladies age 60 and better who are single and those whose military husbands are deployed. He was so burdened by the lost souls of this world.
He was the youngest of four children born to Gerald and Mae Killian, stepson to the late Adrian Curtis and was the beloved husband of Carmen Killian for 18 years. Chris will forever be remembered by his beloved children Collin and Camden, his brothers, Dean, Matthew, Steven and Kevin Killian; his grandmother Miriam Killian; Uncle Dennis Killian; caring in-laws Kent and Genevieve Weitz, Ismay Jemmott, Andrea Rosado, Renee Gordon, Preston Brunner, Tim, Brenda and Hunter Harvey along with countless other friends and family whom were blessed to know him.
Chris loved listening to music, laughing, being with his family, having fun with friends and teaching automotive skills to asset students and those who wanted to learn. Chris touched the lives of many people with generosity and maintained his trademark sense of humor all the way to the end.

Chris was very passionate about God, winning souls to Christ, his children's education, cars, racing, boating and finding a cure for his cancer. Your boys are handsome men now. Collin is 27 and Camden is 23, oh how the time has flown by. I know you are in heaven with your dad, Adrian, my mom, your grandparents, brother and all the countless others who have passed just having a great time in the presence of God, our Lord and Savior.
You are missed and so loved by all that knew you.

The day God gave His angels the command to "Bring His Son Home."
Your days on earth were over, and we were left alone.
Our tears fell like rain, our hearts were broken.
There are no words to justify the loss, just "How much you're missed".
The boys miss their Daddy and the
warm love that was shared.
You protected us, and never once let us doubt how much you cared.
You were a Hero to the boys, and filled their hearts with great pride.
They sadly thought Hero's lived forever, till the day you died.

Four years ago today I whispered in your ear and told you it was ok for you to let go and that the boys and I would be fine, kissed your face for the last time and held your hand as you took your last breath. Today is your 4th anniversary walking on the streets of gold and I'm sure you are dancing and singing praises. The boys are not boys anymore they are young men and I am certain you are a proud dad. I am thankful for the 18 yrs. we had and the two beautiful boys that came from that. Your legacy lives on in the boys.

Today marks three years since your passing. We lite a candle in your honor today and the boys will be sending you their notes on balloons like they do every year. The one thing you told me before you died was that you wanted me to live and your hope was that I would find someone else. I have once again found love with someone and he's a wonderful man. He loves your boys like they were his own. He has two kids also a boy & girl. Our boys and his kids get along phenomenally. We are engaged to be married and will continue to keep your memory alive for Cam and Collin. Chris you will never be forgotten, thank you for blessing me with my beautiful boys. Rest In Peace!

We had a dinner in honor of your memory / birthday the boys miss you tremendously and we plan on releasing balloons with notes the boys have written you. RIP Chris and know my family and I are doing our best to let the boys know about you and honor your memory. Wish some things could be different but you can't make people do anything we have free will. Anyway the boys are in great hands.

Your son turned 13 on Friday! I so hope you can see him and how big he is getting. They are both beautiful young boys. For your birthday I took them to prayer and Dennys and out for ice cream.
