Craig William "Crazy" Lewis passed away June 11, 2019 in Tacoma, Washington, at age 62. He was born June 4, 1957 to Charles and Sandra Lewis in Seattle, Washington. A resident of Federal Way, Washington the last 24 years, Craig lived his entire life in Washington, except the six years he served in the U.S. Marine Corps (1977-1982).
He received technical training through the USMC and trade schools, and worked as a technician for various companies, retiring from Digital Music System, Inc. in Kent, Washington.
Craig was brilliant and loved inventing things, studying the natural world and philosophy, and socializing with family, friends, and strangers. A passionate motorcycle rider, he rode with Bikers Against Child Abuse International. He loved cats and cared for many over the years. He had the biggest heart and most generous nature.
Craig was predeceased by his parents; and sisters, Linda and Cathy. He is survived by his BFF, Christy; former wife, Debbie; daughter and son-in-law, Valarie and John; "adopted" daughter, son, and grandchild, Kristen, Chris, and Julie; sisters, Lorrie, Debbie and Teri; uncles, John and Richard; aunt, Rose; dozens of nephews, nieces and grands; The Hooligans, Kyle and Johnny; brother-in-arms, Mike; and the amazing team at Digital Music System.
There are too many loved ones to list everyone. Rest assured, Craig never forgot about a single unit of his massive chosen family of blood relatives and friends.
A memorial service fit for this man of honor will be held later in summer 2019. Memorial donations may be made to the Millionaire Club Charity at https://millionairclub.org/.
